Renewals and Upgrades
In this documentation, we will briefly go through the renewals and upgrades statistics section from the back-end of PayPlans.
Update Stats - Gets the latest information and updates any incorrect information.
Rebuild Stats - Deletes all current information and gather them all from scratch.
Renewals
In this section, admins will be able to view a summary of the total number of renewals which occurs over a set amount of time.
The line chart and the table below it summarize the amount of renewals done on individual dates across the selected date range, whereas the pie chart shows the total number of renewals and revenue of renewals done for each plan over the selected date range.
Upgrades
The line chart and the table below summarize the amount of upgrades done on individual dates across the selected date range, whereas the pie chart shows the total number of upgrades and revebue of upgrades done for each plan over the selected date range.
