Remote Publishing through Microsoft Word
Windows users now can easily create a blog post using Microsoft Word. Here are the few simple steps which you need to take to remotely publish your blogpost to EasyBlog.
Firstly, you need to create a new documents in Microsoft Word.
Next, click on
New blog post.Next, click on
Manage Accountslocated at the left arrow. Select the user which you want to publish the blog post into. If you're first time here, you need to create a new blog account.After you have selected the user, there will be a prompt option which require you to select your blog provider. You need to select
Otherfrom the list available there and click next.Next, you need to enter the required information. Please select
MetaWebLogas your API and please put your Blog Post URL. Your Blog Post URL must be the same as this url:http://yourdomainname.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&view=xmlrpc&tmpl=component. You also need to enter your credentials for your blog. After completed the steps, click OK to continue.Here is the prompt a confirmation message. You will receive this message when it has successfully connnected to EasyBlog.
After the configuration is complete, now you can start writing the blogpost. You can click Insert Category button on the Words toolbar to adds category or select your desired category.
You can click on the publish option located at the top left below the start button, once you have completed your blog post. You need to wait a while for the blog post to be send to EasyBlog. After it has successfully published on your blog, you will reveice a notice stating This post was published to Super Admin's blog entries at...
