Grid Layout
The grid layout displays blog posts in a grid-like pattern.
Unlike the 'Frontpage' layout, this layout is not created automatically with the installation of EasyBlog so you have to manually create this in Joomla's menu manager.
Showcase Options
- Showcase Post Type - Select either featured posts or latest posts to display in the showcase.
- Showcase Category - Select one or more categories that the post should have in the showcase.
- Showcase Limit - Determines the max number of post to display in the showcase.
- Truncate Post To (Characters) - Limits the number of characters for the posts in the showcase.
- Display Post Cover - Specify whether to display the post cover of the post in the showcase.
- Display Author Picture - Specify whether to display the post author's avatar in the showcase.
- Display Author Name - Specify whether to display the post author's name in the showcase.
- Display Date - Specify whether to display the post date in the showcase.
- Display Readmore Button - Specify whether to display the readmore button in the showcase.
Grid Options
The settings above function similarly to those from the showcase options mentioned above.
- Display Category - Specify whether categories are displayed for posts in the grid layout.
- Exclude Featured Post - Determines whether featured posts are included in the grid display.
- Include Only These Authors - Only display posts from one or more authors specified here.
- Exclude Only These Authors - Do not display posts from one or more authors specified here.
- Grid Layout - Specify the number of columns for use on the grid layout.
- Items Per Page - Specifies the number of posts to be displayed on this layout.
