When you are on Tools tab, you can get the Publisher ID from the url directly.
Obtaining Inline/Floating Share Buttons Widget ID For AMP
In AMP page, Widget ID of the Inline and Floating Share Buttons are required as this is to determine which Inline and Floating Share Buttons that you want to be displayed in the AMP page.
You can able to find its Widget ID respectively as shown on the screenshots above.
Paste the IDs into its setting respectively
Paste the Publisher ID into Publisher ID setting
Paste the Inline Sharing Button's Widget ID into Inline Share Buttons Widget ID For AMP setting
