Notification Configuration
You may find the settings at EasyArticles > Settings > Notifications.
Email Logo
EasyArticles has introduced option to change the default email template for your site. You may use a new email logo without needing to create template overwrite. The best email logo size will be 256 x 256.
Email Process
It is advisable to setting up Cronjob for your site for optimum performances. However, you haven't setting up cronjob, you may use this feature to send email notification to users.
Custom Admin Email
By default, EasyArticles will use administrator's email to send notification to users. However, if you like to use a different email, you may change it here.
Default Email Sender
By default, EasyArticles will use Joomla Mail Settings to send notification to users. If you like to change the default email sender, you may define a new email sender here.
Email Notification Truncation
By default EasyArticles will truncate the notification content to 250 characters. If you like to re-define this, you may do it so here.
Notification's Options
You may configure the post notification for your site. The following are the available options for notification.
- Notify Admin On New Posts
If enabled, system will send an email notification to site adminstrator whenever there is new post created. - Notify All Site Members On New Posts
If enabled, system will send email notification to all site members when there is a new post. - Notify Post's Subscribers On Featured
If enabled, system will send an email notifiction to post's subscribers when post get featured by site administrator. - Notify Category Subscribers On New Posts
If enabled, system will send an email notification to category subscribers whenever there is new post created. - Notify SiteWide Subscribers On New Posts
If enabled, system will send an email notification to sitewide subscribers whenever there is new post created.
