Easysocial Page Admin Assignment app allows the site admin to automatically assign the user as the admin of the specified EasySocial page according to user subscription status.
Setup EasySocial Page Admin Assignment
Navigate to and create a new instance of this app at
PayPlans > Apps > New > EasySocial Page Admin Assignment.Assign this instance to all plans using the Apply on All Plans setting or select a specific plan if you want to assign this instance to a specific plan only. The app will not take effect on plans that are not selected.
Under the Parameters section, you may see three options of subscription status (Is Active, On Hold, Has Expire).
Determine which subscription status that user needs to have for them to be assigned as the page admin.
Once you have determined the subscription status, you may click the page selection on the text box and select which page the user will be assigned as admin.
As an example, let's say you want
user Ato automatically be assigned as the admin ofPage Aonce the user has anactive subscription; You may refer to the screenshot example below on how the configuration should look from your end.
Additionally, with this app, the admin role will automatically be revoked once the user's subscription no longer met the criteria set above.
