Payplans BitPay only supports Fixed payment type.
BitPay is an automated payment processing system for Bitcoin currency. It enables online merchants to accept Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash, as a form of payment, just as easy as they accepting payment from credit cards, debit cards or PayPal.
BitPay is the largest global bitcoin payment service provier. It is a complete, open source, native interface to the Bitcoin network, and provides the core functionality needed to develop apps for bitcoin. BitPay automatically converts the currency into bitcoin.
Setting Up BitPay
BitPay requires user to create an account with them by navigating to https://bitpay.com/.
BitPay Configuration
The General options for BitPay are fairly the same among all payment methods. You'll need to give a suitable title, determine whether to be published or unpublished and the appropriate description for this payment method. You may set this payment method to be applied on all plans or only on selected plans.
The following screenshot illustrate the options available in BitPay.
The Parameters section are the specific options needed when configuring BitPay integration. Details of each options are described below.
- Api Token : Api Token is used to authenticate your connection to the bitpay.com server. You should never share your Api Token publicly. If your token is compromized, you shall remove it and regenerate a new API token.
You can find API token Under your Bitpay Merchant Account > Payment Tools > Integration Resources, here you will be able to find API Tokens.
- Test Mode : This option is used in development phase. Always set to No when in the production.
When everything are in order, click on Save button to store the configuration.
