Advanced Pricing allows administrator to sell one plan with different variations. The best example to explain Advanced pricing app is “Licensing Companies”. Licensing companies allow users to purchase multiple units under one license.
With advance pricing plan you can show single plans in few variations with time and price accordingly. This app can be useful while selling multiple units for a single plan. In order to display it, you will need to set the Total Plan Per Row setting which is at Backend > PayPlans > Settings > Layout to '1 Plan'.
For your informations, Advanced Pricing plan does not work with Renewal and Upgrade plans. Below are brief explanations on how to setup Advanced Pricing plan accordingly.
Example : Lets say a plan is created for 10$ per month.
Price of Plan = $10 per unit and Expiration Time of Plan = 1 month
- for 1st month, User will be charged 10$
- for 2nd months, User will be charged 10$
- for 3rd month, User will be charged 25$.
You can create different price and time combinations as follows :
- Price = $20 per unit and Expiration Time = 2 months
- Price = $30 per unit and Expiration Time = 3 months
- Price = $40 per unit and Expiration Time = 4 months
Once customer choose how many units they required to buy, its various price and time will be shown in the tabular format. Also, users will be able to see the information about how much they will need to pay and its exact amount as you can refer below for an example.
