Head over to what is GDPR section to learn more. Complying with GDPR is pretty simple and you only need to adjust the configuration in EasySocial.
GDPR ACLs Configuration
Following are the ACLs and settings that you'll need to configure in ensuring your site is GDPR compliant to end users.
Deleting Comments
To allow users to delete their comments, proceed to the respective profile types and enable the Delete Own Comments ACL under the Comments ACL section. Navigate to EasySocial > Users > Profile Types > (Registered Users) > ACL.Deleting stream items/posts
Users can only delete their stream item provided that the ACL setting Allow delete single stream item is enabled under the Stream ACL section. Navigate to EasySocial >Users > Profile Types > (Registered Users) > ACL.Deleting polls
Polls are viewed and deleted from their stream item. This means users need to have the Allow delete single stream item permission to delete it (same as above).
