System

In this section, you'll be able to configure PayPlan's System Settings. Navigate to PayPlans > Settings > System to configure the available options.

General

This section allows you to configure system-related settings.

• Use index.php For Ajax URL:
  If your site has a redirection from /index.php to /, you will need to ensure that this option is disabled.
• Display Software Update Notification Banner:
  Determine if the software update notifications banner should be shown at the top of the administration page when there are new updates of PayPlans available from the server.
• Render Internal jQuery Library:
  There are times where 3rd party plugins, modules or extensions may affect the rendered jQuery library from Joomla. If you face javascript issues, you should try to turn on this option.
• Enable Automated Cron:
  When this option is enabled, PayPlans will insert a 1x1 pixel image on the page. This way, the cron is processed whenever the pixel image is rendered. The downside of this is when your site has fewer visitors, the automated cron might not be reliable.

• Encryption Key:
  The encryption key is used to generate keys site-wide. This would prevent users from being able to guess the id or remote attackers to obtain this sensitive information.

  Changing Encryption Key
  Changing the encryption key may cause recurring subscriptions to fail as all the generated invoice keys would be changed
  
• Wait for Payment before Expiring Subscription:
  When a rebill fails or if there are unexpected issues with recurring subscriptions, the system can wait for up to the specified days before expiring the subscription. Setting this to a higher value would allow customers to fix their payments.
• Recurring Payment Failure Limit:
  This option determines how many times the recurring payment process fails before the system stops sending payment requests.
• Delete Incomplete Orders:
  This option determines if the system will automatically delete incomplete orders which do not have any statuses.
• Stats Build Cron Interval:
  Determine how often the system should build the sales-related statistics during cron execution.
• Notify Admins about New Order:
  This option determines whether the system should notify admins via email when a new order is made.
• Notify User about payment failure:
  This option determines whether the system should notify the user via email when payment failed.

3rd Party Stylesheets

This section allows you to configure the behavior of 3rd party stylesheets rendered in PayPlans.

• Render Font Awesome v5 Stylesheets:
  If you are loading Font Awesome v5 through the template already, then disable this option. Otherwise, it will be loaded more times and waste resources. If you would like to load this under the standalone component, then enable it.

Logs

In this section, you will be able to configure the behavior of the system's logs.

• Ignored Types:
  This option allows you to ignore logging on specific types of operations on the site.

Mail Settings

This section allows you to configure mail settings.

• From Email:
  This email address will use to send the site email. If not set then it will use from the global configuration mail setting.

  Changing Sender's Email
  You may change the sender's email address that appears in the email to your desired email address here.
