If you've EasySocial installed on the site, you should let EasySocial handle the user's download request for all extensions. EasySocial will automatically process the respective component; given that the respective apps are in the latest version.
This is to ensure users will not have to make a separate request to download the data from those extensions.
Configure Join GDPR Download
To prevent users from making separate download requests, you should turn off the GDPR setting in the respective component. But this doesn't mean that GDPR was turned off. Instead, this is just to hide the download button from the users. The respective component will use EasySocial's GDPR API and combine their data in the final data download from EasySocial.
Please note that this configuration is supplementary to the download process. You'll still need to configure the respective component's GDPR ACLs accordingly.
