Known Issues & FAQs

What is the difference between Authorize.Net and AuthorizeCIM?

- Main difference between Authorize.net and AuthorizeCIM regarding PayPlans is that Authorize.net process the notification once in a day. So, you should wait and check whether subscription get activated or not in one day.

While in AuthorizeCIM, we get instant payment notifications regarding payment. So, if you have recurring subscription, then it would be better to use AuthorizeCIM, in order to get instant notification or if you still want to use Authorize.Net, then set Wait for payment. You'll find the "Wait for payment" option in the PayPlans configuration, under the expert tab.

Recurring subscriptions are not activated instantly, no matter what recurrence number is put in. I try 30 days, 1 month.

- In case of Authorize.net the payment notification of recurring subscription comes after 24 Hours of payment to the notification url you have set in your merchant account.

E00007: Error Occurred in Authorize Payment Process
