  Determines if the user is able to manage comment on the site.

• Delete Own Blog Entry
  Determines if the user is able to delete own blog entry

• Create Categories
  Determines if the user can create categories on the site

• Create Tags
  Determines if the user can create tags on the site

• Moderate Pending Entries
  Determines if the user can moderate pending entries

• Upload category Avatar
  Determines if the user can upload category avatar on the site

• Delete Categories
  Determines if the user can delete categories on the site

• Allowed to edit blog's comments
  Determines if the user is able to edit blog's comment
