Reactions
An awesome feature from EasyBlog allowing users to react to your blogs instead just traditional likes. It allows user to interactively interact with your site.
Configuring Reactions
Reactions default settings are located at EasyBlog > Settings > General > Reactions. You'll need to turn on this option in order to render reactions on your site. If you wish to allow unregistered users to react as well, you have to turned on Allow Guests To React option.
Rendering Reactions
Reactions is now activated on your site, however, it is not yet displayed on your blogs. There are 2 ways to display reactions on your site.
Display Reactions To All Blogs (Globally)
If you want to globally display reactions to all blogs on your site, you'll need to enable them at EasyBlog > Settings > Views > Entry Post > Comments > Display Reactions.
Display Reactions To Specific Category
However, if you like reactions appears only to a specific category, you'll need to configure them from categories section. Navigate to EasyBlog > Categories > (choose category) > Entry Layout > Comments > Display Reactions.
And turn on Display Reactions option. Click Save to store the configuration.
Note
If you want to display reactions to a specific category, then you'll need to turn off global settings. Otherwise, reactions will always be displayed on your site.
