Before you start configuring YouTube API key, you will need to have a Google Account in order to access the Google Developer Console, request an API key and register your application.
Once you have register for new account and logged in to Google, create a project in the Google Developer Console. (The project name can be anything)
Obtain authorization credentials so that your application can submit API request. Choose Select a project of your project created earlier to give it the proper credentials.
Click on Create credentials once you're ready and choose API key.
Copy the given API KEY and paste it in EasySocial YouTube API key section.
After creating your project, make sure that your YouTube Data API is one of the services that your application is registered to use. To do this, open up the API Library tab on the left to show the list of the available API services. Choose YouTube Data API and make sure that its status is Enabled.
To verify the status, if the this button is showing Enable, this indicates that it is
NOT YETenabled. Click on it and you're good to go.
