Hide Certain Profile Custom Fields
Sometimes site administrator wants to hide or disable some custom fields from appearing on the user's profile. To do so, navigate to the any Profile Type of your desired. Choose and click on your desired profile type and navigate to Custom Fields tab.
Once you're viewing the Custom Fields, you might find there are several custom fields available there. Click on any custom field that you wish to hide. Under View tab of the selected custom field, you will find there is an option for Appearing During Displaying. Make sure this option is set to No if you wants to hide it.
The above screenshot shows the option. Don't forget to click on Save button to store the changes.
