EasySocial allows you to manually assign points to specific users. This feature only available for site's administrator. To add points for user, navigate to EasySocial > Users and select the checkboxes of the specific users and click Other Actions > Assign Points.
A popbox will be presented to allows you to manually add points for selected users along with a column for points achievement's custom message.
