Prevent Spammers

EasyBlog actually by default does not allow non members to post a new blogs. However, this can be configured in EasyBlog ACL. Given a situation here, where you're the only one whom given the permission to write the blog post, you should change permission/ability of other users to post a new blog.

  1. Decide which user group should have the permission to write the blog post. Once you have decided, navigate to EasyBlog > ACL.

    Note
Please make sure you're not in this user group. Otherwise, your permission to write and publish blog post will be revoked as well.

  2. Then, choose which group you want to restrict them from writing and publishing new blog post. Assuming you have selected Registered user group to be revoked their permission.

  3. Next, navigate to Compose tab and disable Allowed To Write New Post and Allowed To Publish Post options. By doing this, Registered user group will no longer have permission to write and publish blog post.
