For those who only use the English (en-GB) language file, see this: In administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_payplans.ini, there were originally a number of language errors from the beginning at Stackideas.

You added the full component file in your last post instead of the translation files.
Your file com_payplans_BGv1.1_joomla.zip was the full component.
I took the freedom to erase the file as it was publicly exposed.
