Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

Hello Pascal,
we have installed EasySocial App Notes (notes_2.1.7.zip) and enabled it in backend and set it default.
Is there some documentation available about Notes functionality and how to use it ?
We have no idea what this is about and where we can find it as a user in frontend.

Unfortunately, SI did not provide a documentation for this app.
Users find the Application via "Discover/Applications" from their dropdown-menu.
Find the "Notes" Application and click on "Install" (you could activate it as default via admin backend).
After having installed it, you find it in your profile under "More/Notes"
From the notes-view, you can create and share notes or view/administer the ones you created earlier.

I have already made this application default and assigned ....so it is visible in the 'My Appps' list.
But there is nothing in 'my profile' toolbar.....and I checked whether I missed some setup in Stackideas Toolbar configuration for EasySocial but did not find anything.
This is weird.

Please head over to "Applications" in the Admin Backend, search "Notes" and click on the entry.
Make sure that the app is published (1) and that under "Access Control" the desired usergroup had been selected (2).
Please also verify the Toolbar settings in the respective Module.

What you mean with the Toolbar settings in the respective Module ?

Please head to your Toolbar-Module and verify, if the correct instances are loading for the respective views/components, it should be the EasySocial Toolbar for EasySocial Pages, etc. like displayed below:

Strange that you don't see anything in the user profile, for other users the app works like intended.
I can offer you to have a first-hand look if you could give me temporary admin-access to the domain where the notes-app is installed.
It is such a tiny/small app, without an error message it is nearly impossible for me to limit the problem.
