I have inspected your source code and saw that a plugin/instance of JomSocial is running at the same time than EasySocial:

These potentially interfere, the two (JomSocial/EasySocial) should not run at the same time. 

While loading index.php, i see an error 500 with the following:

message: "Call to a member function getWebAssetManager() on null"

In my test-environment with activated MFA (multifactor authentication), ConversKit works without flaws/errors.

Please deactivate the ajax_1.5.pack.js JomSocial Plugin and retest.

This is by the way included in the EasySocial version 1.4.1 😏

I have thoroughly revisioned the ConverseKit logic and changed the architecture on what the missing sound feature was concerned. 
Please find the new ConverseKit version 1.1 in your downloads. 

Remember: Sound only plays, if the conversation-window is minimized and new messages arrive. 
It doesn't play while window is open or messages are sent. I did not change that logic as there can be also too much sound 😎
I tested this successfully on Firefox, Opera, Edge and Chrome.

Please give me temporary backend access to your testsite in order to find out which plugin blocks the normal feature behaviour of chats in your Joomla 6 installation.

Short clip of my test run with just hitting enter and the sounds (fixed).

Everything works as intended. 

You had an additional app from the StackIdeas directory installed, named InviteX for EasySocial.

This app is not included in our installer and uses deprecated authentication methods that are not compatible with Joomla 5/6.
After uninstalling / deactivating this app, everything worked as intended 😊

If you urgently need this app, send it to me and I will check if we can make it compatible.
