Please switch from Tenor/Giphy to Klipy as Tenor is shutting down and Giphy has a rate limit of 100 per hour. Klipy only has a rate limit of 100 in testing mode and after acception (which is done easy) its unlimited. Klipy API is a similar service led by former Tenor developers.
