One of the reasons I subscribed to give this fork a go was this problem with EasySocial that I notified StackIdeas about and they have not fixed.

The installation requires MyISAM, which was deprecated some years ago. My DigitalOcean DB server doesn't even support it. If using InnoDB installation fails at "installing database".

The fix is simple, as I told StackIdeas more than a year ago.

Delete ENGINE=MyISAM from each of these files in setup/packages/com_easysocial_BGv5.0.1_pro.zip
