there is any module in easyblog that just simple list the easyblog categories, like joomla default Articles - Categories module ?
Yes, please use the "EasyBlog Categories Module".
the problem is the clean installation of EB ( also ES and PP ) skip to install a lot of default module and other stuff ... inclouding this EB module, why ?
NO, nothing is skipped. There are still all the steps in the installers where you can choose what addons should be installed on the site (step 3).
If you don't see them after having chosen them to install on the site, your Joomla may have inactivated them.
Then you find them in the system dashboard under "Install/Discover" and they should be installable from there.
