I have fixed several things in the ConverseKit Plugin what the map loading is concerned. 

Now the same method as in the rest of EasySocial is used. In my tests it works as it should.

Please download the revised/new version of ConverseKit (version 1.3) from your download-area.

Please re-test, there is an error message indicating that you don't send a message with your location. 
Location is ready to be shared, but you always need to enter a message, also in the normal composer (not ConverseKit) when you want to share the location. 

I have tested it on your site and get the following error:

When loading the maps.wikimedia.org URL, you only get an error screen. 

Most probably, the Wikimedia map-service has been discontinued. Therefore, the map-image doesn't load.

As a quick fix for you, consider using Google Maps in the EasySocial settings for the moment.

Need to adapt the map-img retrieval in ConverseKit and switch to another map provider for the static images.

With Google Maps, it works.

By the way, the sound is working in conversekit (see attachment).

By the way, I fixed the map display issue with wikimedia for you. Please reinstall attached ConverseKit.

It is now using the openstreetmap as iframe.

Sound in ConverseKit only plays for 

- the recipient of a message
- when the chat-window is closed (to indicate that a new message arrived).

It is not playing for

- the sender of a message
- when the recipients chat-window is opened (the system then assumes that the msg. is seen anyway).

Any other setting would probably result in a "sound overkill".
